What vegetables / fruits can be planted now in southern California?

I am relatively new gardener, and I am interested in growing vegetables and fruit in my garden …. I live in Orange County (Southern California) and I wonder what kind of vegetable I can plant now? Since I live in Southern California (and almost always sunny) Is there any vegetables that are out of reach today?? I am interested to plant beans, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, cucumber, onion, garlic, peas, peppers, now you can plant beets, carrots, lettuce, mustard, onion (green onions cluster now in February) and turnip. Another resource is the timetable for landscaping on the website: gardening-coaches.com/whentoplantveggies.html
