growing tomatoes lighting

i want to grow tomatoes indoors inside a 6 foot tall box.?

if i were to cover the insides of the box with aluminum foil, then hang 2, 65watt spot gro lights inside. would that be sufficient lighting? because i really can’t afford a high pressure sodium light setup.

Tomatoes have deep roots and most don’t do terribly well in pots, and the certainly won’t get enough
light inside.
