For the tomato plants – Thu, metal cage, or the tower?

I used the challenges ahead. Now I think with a metal cage, or even a tour. Not sure the use of a turn, as each plant grows to 6 feet, would not shade plants undesirable neighbors? Or get enough sun, however, when it is at its zenith? If you suggest a tour, please include a good brand. I seen many reports on the weak.

We use cages of concrete that are U or L to adjust the ranks. Those we have made over 20 years, while are not low.
