growing tomatoes upside down in containers

can anyone give me tips & advice about growing vegetable plants in upside down containers ?

I want to grow tomatoes, cukes, green peppers & squash in upside down containers. I’m disabled & can’t bend over or kneel to weed,so this is a good option for me. I can use advice & tips as this is my first time trying this.
